Technology should run the business - not run the owner.
Dev's Consulting, LLC is a technology and marketing systems company based in Austin, Texas. The company exists for a simple reason: growing businesses need a whole technology team - website, marketing, phones, automation and custom software - and almost none of them can hire one. Dev's Consulting brings that team in one box: engineered once, set up for the client, and run month after month by the company's specialists.
The company's model is deliberate. AI does the fast work - answering, drafting, following up, watching the numbers. People do the judgment work - designing the system, approving what matters, handling every sensitive conversation, and sitting with the client each month to review results and plan the next step. AI in the loop, human in the loop, on every layer.
Dev's Consulting serves small and multi-location businesses across the United States - gas stations and retail groups, franchise operators, medical and dental practices, apartment and property companies, home services, professional services and online retailers. Its sister practice, BooksGrip, provides bookkeeping, tax, payroll and advisory services; the two companies share an engineering standard and nothing else - each client's data stays with the company they hired.
Everything the company builds is in the client's name: domain, website, accounts and data. That is not a policy detail - it is the founding principle. A business's technology should be an asset it owns, never a hostage it rents.

Dev's Consulting was founded by Madhusudan Aggarwal (MADHU), a software developer with 25 years in information technology. He founded the company in 2014 to bring the systems discipline of enterprise software - design first, verify everything, own your data - to the small and multi-location businesses that large vendors overlook.
Today he leads the company's engineering and design standards, while the work itself is delivered by the Dev's Consulting team: the company clients meet in their monthly reviews, their dashboards and their results.
How we work
Docs first, then build, then verify - the same discipline on a landing page as on a custom platform. Every system our team ships is documented, tested on the client's real scenarios, and reviewed with the client monthly. If something we build stops serving the business, we say so - and we fix the plan, not the client's expectations.
